Hello world!

February 10, 2023The key component to achieving long lasting results and a true pain-free lifestyle is to address the fascial system. Fascia is often overlooked and underestimated, but it plays a crucial role in our overall well being.
As you watch this clip of live fascia in the forearm of a human, keep in mind that this is what encapsulates your entire body, including every muscle, organ, nerve, blood vessel, and cell within you. Trauma, inflammation, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch; it is no wonder that anyone would be in pain! If these restrictions are not addressed properly, the pain will indeed persist.
Because your entire body is interconnected, restrictions near or far can affect and pull on fascia within the brain, causing issues with concentration, behavior, and hormonal balance. Therefore, fascia is not only responsible for physical pain, but is also involved in the mental and emotional components of your life, as well. Fascial fibers are conduits for consciousness on every level and are meant to be fluid and hydrated. In order address your pain and to maintain the best all-around health, we encourage regular sessions with your myofascial release therapist. We also encourage consistent self-treatment, which your therapist can educate you on based upon your individual needs and fascial resrictions. When your fascia is healthy, you are healthy.
